The Textbook Definition:
Infertility is a disease characterized by the failure to establish a clinical pregnancy after 12 months of regular, unprotected sexual intercourse or due to an impairment of a person’s capacity to reproduce either as an individual or with his/her partner. (SOURCE)
The Ivori Nicole Definition:
It is a moment in time that is heartbreaking, overwhelming and can be downright destructible. It is a conversation between you and your doctor about your options. The words, “geriatric pregnancy,” “IVF,” and “viable,” flash before your eyes and you don’t know what to do next. Infertility is a lot of things, but it is not an indication of who you are as a parent, partner or body.

In addition to Ivori Nicole’s team of Reproductive Endocrinologists, another beneficial member of her medical team who aided in her journey was her InVitro Fertilization (IVF) Nurse, Sharron Whitehead, BSN, RN. She has 20 years of experience in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) and 4 years experience in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) which has shaped her perspective on the need for empathy, understanding and guidance.
Sharron has assisted hundreds of women through their fertility cycles and has worked with some of the top Reproductive Endocrinologists in the country. As an added bonus, clients of the Ivori Nicole Coaching Practice who are beginning or currently journeying through fertility treatments will not only work 1:1 with Ivori Nicole, but will also receive 1:1 support from Sharron.
As your Infertility Clinical Coordinator, Sharron will establish a compassionate environment. She is passionate about women’s health and providing emotional and psychological support to clients and their significant other along with educating clients on treatment protocols, medications (to include how to administer injections), and infertility procedures. Overall, her goal is to not only support you medically, but to share in the joy of positive outcomes or being a rock when the result is not what is expected.

We’ll have a two-hour intensive to envision your Purposefully Designed™ life, identify top priorities and cultivate your course of action. We’ll decide if we want to lean into one of the aspects of coaching, or have a more even flow, throughout our time together.
Coaching Onboarding Intensive
We’ll build a completely customized action plan, for you to walk in your Purposefully Designed™ life as a woman, partner and more. We will cultivate a new vision for you to achieve your goals.
Purposefully Designed™ Action Plan
Once we’ve discovered your passions, and path, we’ll have six sessions via Zoom, where we delve into your action plan, while checking in, to ensure that you have a sounding board during the process.
Six Bi-Weekly Sessions
You’ll complete a pre-coaching questionnaire to gain clarity in your stumbling blocks, passions and non-negotiables. This will be a guiding force as we plan your path ahead, to make sure that you are a priority.
Intensive Welcome Workbook
You will receive a link to the client portal where our outlines, action plans, and session recaps will live. This will be easily accessible, so that you can plan and execute your goals in the simplest way possible.

The Process
FERTILITY TREATMENT SUPPORT
In addition to receiving 1:1 Purposefully Designed™ coaching, if you are beginning or currently journeying through fertility treatment, you will also receive 1:1 support from our Infertility Clinical Coordinator. The focus will be centered around providing support through treatment, fertility medication management, along with medical and clinical process guidance.
